You can try SY-01 for free on fluhd.com before you buy it, so all sales are final. Please give it a good play there first.

If it won't run on your computer

If SY-01 doesn't run properly on your computer and the problem can't be sorted out, you'll get your money back. Get in touch within 14 days of buying it through the contact page, with the email you bought it with, your computer (Mac or Windows) and your browser, and what happens when you try. The first step is trying to fix it together; if it can't be fixed, the refund is processed by Polar and usually reaches you within a few business days, depending on your bank.

What isn't refunded

Changing your mind, not using it, or finding it isn't what you hoped for after using it aren't covered, since the free version on fluhd.com is there to help you decide.

After a refund

Your license is deactivated, and SY-01 should be removed from your computers.
